The project developed in Flutter for the Fundamentals of Applied Programming course is a partnership with the company Truewind and aims to create an extension to the internal Quality Solutions Program (QSP) project. This extension is a prototype that automates audit processing, previously performed manually by a company manager. The idea is to provide a faster and more efficient analysis of the projects developed internally, guaranteeing a more precise quality control. The developed extension offers the possibility of verifying the audit results of each project. These results are broken down into three main parts: User Story Definition, Board Management, and Quality & Control. Each of these parts presents a specific analysis, covering metrics relevant to project evaluation. For reasons of confidentiality and security, the data used in the prototype is generic and does not reflect real information on the companys projects. Detailed analysis of audit metrics has also been tailored to ensure data privacy. The application developed in Flutter provides an intuitive and user-friendly interface. It allows those responsible for auditing to quickly access project results, enabling more informed and agile decision-making. Furthermore, the application can be easily expanded and improved in the future, incorporating more functionalities and becoming a powerful tool for the quality management of the companys projects. With this project, I had the opportunity to apply fundamental programming concepts in a real context, working together with a company to solve real problems. In addition, the partnership with Truewind allowed me to better understand the needs and demands of the market, enriching my academic and professional experience. The successful conclusion of this project represents an important milestone in the development of programming skills and in understanding the practical applications of this knowledge in the corporate world.
